What I think...
The people that are responsible for the oil spill and most of the other oil spills that accord would be the company itself, and the people working there. The people working there are responsible because they didn't pay attention to what they were doing and didn't do anything about it. Also the company is responsible because the tube/machine was faulty and they didn't care about it being damaged. Also the company that actually built the tube didn't do what they were supposed to do and the oil company probably knew that it didn't work and bought it anyway so that is why they should be fined and then be sent to prison for at least five years because now tons of gallons of oil is being spilled in the ocean and killing tons and tons of animals. To clean it up, they should get everyone from the company to spend all the time they can and clean every gallon of oil that had spilled. That is what I think of the situation with the oil spill.

How Coal is formed...
Coal is a fossil fuel because coal is formed from the remains of dead things and many years of vegetation. The element that gives coal most of his energy is carbon. After many years sedimentary rock would form together with it to create its rocky form, and that is how coal is created. Now the energy that it gives off after being burned is called coal gas and can be made from burning it.

Is Possible...
Lahar, lava, and pyroclastic material flowing down the side of a volcano.
Gas/chemicals under water can turn the water into acid, (or make it more acidic)
An earthquake while the volcano is erupting.
Is Not Possible...
A full out blast from a composite volcano on only one blow.
Every building and structure falling apart right off.
When driving through lava, it would have melted it quicker and melted the wheels.
